Corporate America - No Changes
When will corporate America learn that overloading their people with too many processes and controls only limits their employees from being efficient and feeling self-empowered. It's time they limited the red tape, focused on their customers, empowered their employees, tied performance to their customer's satisfaction (not who kisses their boss's ass more) and most of all used LOGIC & COMMON SENSE (which is an oxymoron) to make decisions. We can only hope...

You can change the light at an intersection
Have you ever hated waiting at an intersection for the light to turn green when it's early in the morning or late at night and there is no traffic? Many lights have sensors in the ground and are usually set for early or late hours. Make sure you stop your car exactly at the stop line - if the light doesn't change in a few seconds, reverse the car a few feet and then move forward to the stop line. Works at many intersections.
